Did anybody read the Mitchell Report?

by Anthony on Fri, 14 Dec 2007 at 08:33 AM (29w ago) Did anybody read the Mitchell Report? What did you think? Did you blog about it at all? I thought it was almost as big a waste of time as the "Independent Investigation" by Kenneth Starr.

by DK745 on Mon, 17 Dec 2007 at 11:02 PM (28w ago) I skimmed through some of it. I stopped when I read the section on Brian Roberts and realized what a waste of time it was and how much of a joke it truly is when someone's name is on that list based on hearsay and that's it.

by DK745 on Tue, 18 Dec 2007 at 12:59 PM (28w ago) Oh no, don't get me wrong, I believed he did something and did expect to see his name on that list (and am glad he finally admitted it; his reasons for doing so sound reasonable/believable enough), I was just upset at the whole hearsay thing. He shouldn't have been on the list if they had no hard evidence on him, but this was just Larry Bigbie saying Roberts told him he used roids once in 2003. That's the whole thing that pissed me off that someone could be grouped with other people like Bonds and Clemens who had a ton of pages on them when some people only have like 3 paragraphs and it's nothing but hearsay.
